I think another great tip is to not care so much about what size of the clothing you buy. I fail at this sometimes, but really we are going to be different sizes in different clothing shops and styles. I used to obsess because I wanted to sqeeze into the smallest size I could, but I hated wearing those clothes because they were uncomfortable. Now, I don’t even look at the size, I just try it on and go from there and it looks SO much better and I am happier. Thanks for the video!!

@Johanlis – This is true, she didn’t mention what form it was. From what I’ve read, caffeine induced increased heart rate really doesn’t burn a significant amount of calories if you are at rest, tho it can help stimulate u so if you work out it can have benefits. I also read that caffeine can be bad as it decreases the amount of calcium in the bones, and for women this can lead to osteoporosis. I guess the key is moderation!
You are right @nataliemedia, but she does not specify that she drinks decaf…and there is no point to mention green tea as a weight management tip if its decaf…the caffeine is the one that make your metabolism faster

I live in Dublin too and I find it fascinating how obsessive some girls are with their looks. I agree with the idea of rather measuring yourself. After all we all want to look good in the mirror rather than just know in our heads what weight we are. I drink the same Clippers Green Tea and it has done so much good to my digestive system. Highly recommend it to everyone.
That’s so great! I totally agree. Ladies we should put more energy nuturing our bodies. If you eat healthy foods and excerise, it’s hard to go wrong. And form life experiences. I learned that sometimes I might be a health issue. If you find yourself gaining weight, you’re working out and dieting(a word I hate) it can be a thryod problem. Because It can even make a person even lose weight depending if its producing too much or too little. Listen to your body ladies.

i know what it means to be obsessed with food and the counting of calories.. i spent all the last summer trying to lose weight (and i actually did it) but i remember it as an awful period of my life.. i’m trying to eat healthy and to do regular physical activity and your video just remember me how important it is to take care of your body and to listen to it!

i agree with u that we must have a balanced diet an not to become obsessed about it all but for me personally i’ve struggled with me weight since i hit my teens an i’m 25 now an its only since last yr i found a way to get the weight off an thats to calorie count. it is boring i wont lie but it works an i know how much i can have so i just find it easy to obide by if there is a number on it, rather than guessing. Some foods that are good nutritionally arent so good for the waistline..
