Without exercise, or very little?
And cut junk food, sodas, sweets from your diet, eating only healthy foods and drinking mostly water?
A person that wants to lose 10-15lbs and is pretty much healthy.
Thanks.

Not if you are still eating too many calories and exercise makes it a lot easier. It speeds up your metabolism besides burning calories. Muscles are firmer and smaller than fat too, so exercise that builds muscle makes you smaller all over.
probably yes but it might take quite a long time.
give it a try
if ur pretty much healthy than you might want to take it slow
Yes definitely. At the end of the day, exercise or no, it still works out to Calories in vs. Calories used. If your body only needs 1,700 calories a day to function normally and you’re putting in 2,000 then the extra 300 is going to get stored as fat. There are a bunch of websites you can Google that will give you an idea of how many calories a day would be optimal for your size & activity level – then you can get a better idea of how much you should be eating a day. I like this site: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
Just make sure you’re not starving yourself! Skipping out on meals, especially breakfast, will slow your metabolism down which will make weight loss harder in the long run.
Yes it is possible to lose weight by healthy eating alone.
Exercise is beneficial regardless of your diet. However, 80% of your physique is a result of what you eat. 20% exercise.
Such foods as Junk Foods, sugary fizzy drinks, ready made processed meals, and takeaway meals are all high in refined sugar and full of saturated fat. The two main ingredients which are responsible for that extra weight gain.
Remember JUNK FOOD is just what it says – JUNK. With one added ingredient in – FAT.
By trying to move as much as you can will really help to accelerate your weight loss. So any kind of exercise will really help.
Good Luck.
