How long will it take for a meat diet to improve the health of a diabetic cat?
So my friend’s biscuit-fed cat finally got diabetes. I think I’ve convinced him to switch it to an all-meat diet, but he wants to know how much it will actually help, and how long before it’ll make a difference. Anyone got any experiences to share?
I am wondering what diet pills actually work?
I know diet pills are not good for me so I don’t want a lecture please. I just need to lose the last couple pounds I have not been able to lose with diet and exercise. I know how to lose weight in a healthy manner and I have been however I need to get over this hump I have hit.
What good diet do you recommend for bulking up?
Currently, I’m on a 100-push-up program which I just started and hope in completing in 7 weeks. I really need a good diet to back me up. I am 15 years old right now, my body type is “Slim/Slender”. I’m 6’2(I’m pretty tall) and I weigh only 140 pounds. I really want to bulk up at least a little bit before school starts in early september. Any good recommendations?
