Boy you are totally right on IMO.
I used to buy Amy’s vegan frozen meals for something quick on busy days. And on those days I ate those quick, processed but yummy meals, I had horrid gut pain with gas and bloating. GO FIGURE, LOL. Needless to say, I dont buy those any more and am transitioning to more juices and less deydrated foods too. Still seriously considering your Juice Feast. Will you be posting recipes for the members that join??

I never believed in “superfoods”, sure some foods are alot better than others, but calling them superfoods nah.

I think superfoods are really great for beginners and those transitioning – or for those considering adding something easy to add.

I’m using less and less because I am more inclined, like you to go the fresh route.

When I get non raw friends coming over, I do like to impress them with a power superfood shake or raw ice cream … makes them realise it’s easy and tasty to get healthy.

The best superfood is obviously a green juice each day – I know you agree :-)

I’m new to all this. I’ve read books and blogs and
articles galore on the raw lifestyle and I’m so confused. It’s a lot of information and different views to take in.

I’m transitioning to vegetarianism right now. It’s a huge step for me! I’ve eaten crap for my entire life. I plan on becoming a vegan soon, then hopefully getting more and more raw. I’ll start with breakfast and then move up from there.

Your videos are so great and they’ve really helped me!

I like how you did a whole video about superfoods without actually defining superfoods. Personally I think the word is over used and kinda cliche. I think Kale is a superfood.
