Kicking soda is easy…just don’t buy any and pretty soon you don’t even want to drink one

i used to go to school with a fat kid who had splits in his tongue like that and I always used to wonder what caused them

Who eats the food on the table that’s just been labled as the “disguisting food” when they’ve finnished filming the segment? Wouldn’t you feel bad (^-^)

No offense, but I don’t always believe that McKeith is as great as she is portrayed, esp at this part… I mean, she looks at the toungue and says she’s depressed. Well, of course she is; I could tell without looking at that. A single mother who’s constantly unhealthy and worried for her kids? Of course she’s sad. No offense Gillian, but DUH.

Just giving up the soda alone can come a long way, even those that are laced with man made sweeteners.

But it is a very good start. You should encourage people to make better choices, not discourage them every step of the way!

one needs to do more than just give up soda. Good health is just NOT that easy!
